Beginning/Intermediate Volleyball Camp

This camp is for the player who has the desire to improve their ability to execute the skills of serving, passing, setting and attacking. The competition will require them to play three hits on their side (pass, set, and attack). This clinic is designed for players who are just beginning to play as well as those young players who want to develop more consistency.

Intermediate/Advanced: Attacking/Blocking/Defense. This clinic is designed for the player who has developed skill consistency but wants exposure to a higher level of execution. I will introduce hand to ball contact on different sides of the ball. Attacking to different zones. We will work on arm swing progression and proper footwork. During the blocking phase I will talk about the importance of EYE WORK, 2, 3, and 5 step blocking footwork. We will talk about proper retracting footwork after blocking. During the defense phase, I will talk about proper weight distribution, platform angle, along with digging against live attacks.
