Welcome to David Rubio Volleyball Camp! By registering, attending, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Participants must meet camp age requirements. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to register and attend.

2. Registration & Payment

• To complete a registration all campers must submit at least half payment to secure a spot.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information and emergency contacts.
• Campers must follow all safety instructions and behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and peers.
• The camp reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

4. Liability

By attending camp, you understand and accept that volleyball and physical activity carry some risk of injury. David Rubio Volleyball Camp, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property.

5. Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for camp staff to take photos or videos that may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before camp begins.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will only be used for camp purposes and will not be shared without consent.

7. Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to change camp dates, times or locations. If camp is canceled by us, registered participants will receive a refund.

8. Agreement

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
