DEPOSITS

A deposit of on-half the camp total for session I, II, IV (up to $150 of which is non-refundable) must be received with your signed registration form in order to have your registration processed. Remaining camp balance payments are due before or upon check-in for each session. Credit Card payments are not accepted at check-in. For session III, a deposit of $57 per participant or $500 per team is required to save a spot. Applications must be complete in order to be process. If no payment or registration is received before the camps specified late date, a $100 late fee will be applied to all resident campers and a $50 late fee applied for all commuter campers.

If you must cancel, please let us know immediately. It will allow us to have the opportunity to admit someone on the waiting list. There is a $75 non-refundable fee applied to EACH camper (the fee will be raised to $150 for campers cancelling within 2 weeks of the start date. There will be no refunds for no-shows). Refunds will be send within on week of camps completion.

All campers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and follow all camp rules. Campers are expected to be on-time for all sessions. No alcohol, no smoking, no drugs. If you are caught using or in possession of any of these, you will be sent home immediately; no refund will be given. Always let your coaches know where you are. 24 hour supervision for all campers in the Intermediate Camp as well as any camper 13 years or younger will be provided (meaning they will be escorted to and from all eating facilities and the dorms by a coach at all times) unless the supervision waiver on the medical release form is signed. All other campers will not be as stringently supervised during the meal breaks but will have a camp staff member that is to escort them to the dorms and responsible for them in the dorms during the evening.
